Official Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The Ultimate Snack Attack Giveaway is organised by Bear & Roo Co Pty Ltd, trading as Bacii the Label ("the Promoter"), in collaboration with participating giveaway brands.
2. Promotion Period
The giveaway opens on Friday 23 October 2026 upon publication of the official giveaway post on Instagram and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on Thursday 5th November 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

Employees, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter and participating giveaway brands are not eligible.

Entrants must have an Instagram account and comply with Instagram's terms of use.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must, during the promotion period:

Follow @baciithelabel and the three participating brand accounts identified in the official giveaway post.

Like the official giveaway post.

Comment on the official giveaway post, tagging a friend.
Each eligible comment tagging a different friend counts as one entry. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each comment tags a different genuine Instagram account.
Participants may also share the giveaway post to their Instagram Stories and tag @baciithelabel. One additional entry will be awarded for a qualifying Story share that the Promoter can verify.
5. Prize Details
One winner will receive the Ultimate Snack Attack Prize Pack, comprising:

The total advertised prize pool is valued at AUD $557, based on the recommended retail prices of the included products.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Bacii gift card is subject to its applicable gift card terms.
Product colours, sizes and variations are subject to availability. Any substitution will be of equal or greater value, where permitted by law.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the promotion period.
The draw will take place on Friday 6 November 2026 in Sydney, NSW.
The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @baciithelabel Instagram account and may be announced on Bacii the Label's Instagram Stories.
7. Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to claim their prize and provide a valid Australian delivery address.
Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner. If the prize remains unclaimed, a redraw may take place on Tuesday 10 November 2026 from the remaining valid entries.
The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize within Australia at no cost to the winner. Prizes may be dispatched separately by participating brands.
8. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, misleading or otherwise breach these Terms & Conditions.
If circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control affect the promotion, any necessary changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected from the winner will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility and arranging prize delivery.
Relevant delivery information may be shared with participating brands solely for prize fulfilment.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for the administration of the promotion and release Instagram from liability relating to this giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
11. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
