How can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details via Australia Post.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping within Australia.

Can I cancel my order?
We're unable to guarantee order cancellations once an order has been placed, as we aim to process orders quickly.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
If you don't receive this, please check your junk/spam folder or contact us.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order.

Do your products run true to size?
Our pieces are designed with a relaxed fit. You can size up or down depending on your preferred look - stick to your usual size for a relaxed fit, or size down for something more fitted.

How do I clean this product?
To keep your Bacii pieces looking their best:
- Cold gentle machine wash
- Wash with like colours
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not bleach
- Warm iron inside out if needed
Always check the care label on each garment for specific instructions.
What materials are your products made from?
Our pieces are made from 100% organic cotton and eco-friendly fabrics. We work with ethically certified manufacturers, including those with GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification, ensuring responsible production from fibre to finished garment.
