Why Choose Organic Cotton
Children live in their clothes.
They sleep in them, play in them, spill on them, roll around in them and wear them on repeat. That's why choosing the right fabric was one of the most important decisions we made when creating Bacii.
We chose organic cotton because it's soft, breathable and gentle on delicate skin. Unlike conventional cotton, organic cotton is grown without many of the chemicals commonly used in traditional farming practices.
But for us, it wasn't just about comfort.
We wanted fabrics that would stand up to real childhood. The kind that can survive playground adventures, endless washing and hopefully be passed down to younger siblings, cousins or friends.
Our goal isn't fast fashion. It's creating pieces that are loved for longer.
Because the most sustainable clothing is often the clothing that gets worn again and again.
Our Makers
At Bacii, we believe little clothes should be made with big care.
When creating Bacii, we spent months searching for manufacturing partners who shared our commitment to quality, responsible production and thoughtful craftsmanship.
Today, we work with two specialist factories that produce our clothing and headwear. Both factories operate under internationally recognised standards and have experience producing high-quality products for brands around the world.
Many of our fabrics are made from certified organic cotton and produced in facilities that follow recognised environmental and social compliance practices, including GOTS, OEKO-TEX and BSCI standards.
While we're a small brand, we're committed to asking questions, choosing partners carefully and continually improving as we grow.
